MTSR Flavour Masters 2026 – Mumbai Regional Round

As part of my ongoing engagement with India’s hospitality and beverage industry, I was invited to serve as a juror for the Mumbai Regional Round of MTSR Flavour Masters 2026, one of the country’s leading cocktail competitions. The event brought together 20 bartenders competing across sensory and creative parameters, with finalists progressing to the national stage.

My role involved evaluating entries on aroma, flavour, colour, balance and overall execution. Opportunities such as these provide valuable insight into emerging talent, evolving drinking trends and the future direction of India’s cocktail culture, complementing my work as a hospitality journalist and beverage writer.
